board of directors has chosen to provide this exceptional level of insurance through a
private company. This supplemental insurance is provided by Excess Share Insurance (ESI)
Corporation. ESI is a subsidiary of American Share Insurance, the nation's largest private
deposit insurer for credit union's. Excess share insurance is available only to credit
unions meeting the company's rigid requirements and standards of performance.
